This pack consists of 3 Japanese knives from the Seki Magoroku series that can help you with all the necessary cuts involved in the preparation of sushi. These knives all have a remarkable cutting performance that enables you to perform precise and easy cuts, and their design adds a real Japanese touch to your kitchen utensils.

The 3 knives are:

- Santoku Knife 17cm: a polyvalent kitchen knife that can perform all types of cuts in a great variety of foods

- Yanagiba Knife 21cm: the ideal knife for slicing fish with incredible ease and precision

- Nakiri Knife 16.5 cm: allows you to cut all types of vegetables that you want to include in your sushi

Despite their different functionalities, these knives have several characteristics in common given that they all belong to the KAI Seki Magoroku series. For starters, the blades of these knives are made of high quality Japanese stainless steel that has been polished to give a mirror effect to the blades' surface. The steel reaches a hardness rating of 58 HRC in the Rockwell scale allowing the blades to remain sharp for long time.

It must be said that, unlike most Japanese knives, these blades have a high resistance to corrosion. However, it is still recommendable to avoid leaving them in contact with water for long time. Indeed, our advice is to alwash wash the knives by hand, and dry them immediately using a soft cloth.

The other main characteristic shared by all these knives is their original handle made of redwood. This type of material is characterised for its great durability, and its oleaginous surface makes the handles resistant to water and humidity. Each handle is connected to the blade through a black bolster made of polypropylene.
