The Arcos 2900 Salmon/Ham knife is the ideal tool for fishmongers, butchers, or any professional cook who needs to slice ham or salmon in a regular basis. This knife is suitable for intensive use, thus it is perfect for professional kitchens. Thanks to its long blade, this knife is great for working with big pieces of ham and salmon.
Main characteristics:
- Scalloped blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel with a hardness level of 57 HRC in the Rockwell scale. The dimples on the blade's surface reduce the stickiness of the blade when making your cuts.
- Black handle made of polypropylene. It can resist temperature of up to 130°C, and it is dishwasher safe. Its ergonomic design enables a comfortable grip even during busy shifts in the kitchen.
- It complies with the quality and hygiene regulations of the NSF. It is therefore a knife safe to use for the preparation of foods in professional kitchens. It also has a 10 years warranty applicable only in case of manufacturer's default (does not apply for damage caused by usage).
