Shipping fees

At MyChefKnives, we offer you different shipping options so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs and preferences. The shipping costs that you will have to pay depend on the courrier that you choose when placing an order. These are all the costs for all the different scenarios when an order is delivered to the UK mainland:

International shipping (out of the UK mainland)

At MyChefKnives.co.uk, we also offer you different shipping options if you want your order to be delivered to a country out of the UK mainland. The shipping costs of our international courriers depend on the country where the parcel will be delivered and the size of your parcel. After you enter your delivery address, our system will automatically calculate the costs of shipping, and all the options available for your country will appear in the 4th page of your shopping basket. We deliver to most European countries, USA, Canada, and many others. 

Additional shipping information

- If all the items in your shopping basket are in stock, your parcel can be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day if you place the order before noon (UK local time). If the order is placed after 12:00pm (UK local time), the parcel will be dispatched on the next day.

- Our shipping times and delivery times start counting only after the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. For example, if a product is currently not in stock and you have chosen standard delivery (5 business days), the 5 days start counting after the product has been put back in stock and dispatched from our warehouse.

- All our shipping and delivery times are based on business or working days. This means that our times do not include holidays or weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

- All our products are shipped from our warehouse located in Nice in the south of France.

- If you are not satisfied with your product, you have up to 60 days to return it to us. Click here for more information about the conditions for returning a product.
