How to place an order?

Placing an order at MyChefKnives.co.uk is super easy!

Once you are on the profile of the product that you have chosen, you just need to click on the green box that says “ADD TO BASKET.” Then, a small window will pop up showing the summary of your order. At this moment, you’ll be able to decide whether you want to continue shopping or whether you want to place your order and access your basket. If you don’t need to purchase anything else, then click on “ORDER NOW.”

You will be directed to a new page where you’ll be able to see all the products in your basket. In here, you can modify your order by removing a product from the basket or changing the quantity of your products. The shipping costs are also shown in this page.

At this point, you still have the option to choose whether you want to continue shopping or whether you want to proceed to checkout by clicking on “NEXT.”

If you don’t have an account in our website, then you need to create one! Just fill in all the information that is being asked such as your name, last name, address, etc. Boom! Your account is ready!

After having created your account, you’ll be shown several shipping options. Choose the one that suits you the best!

Finally, it is time to pay! Choose your preferred payment method, enter your data, validate it, and it’s all done! You will get an email with the summary of your order.
