My order was shipped, but I haven't received it yet, what should I do?


We first recommend you to connect to your account, go to “My orders” and verify that your order is marked as “shipped”.

If that is the case, click on “track my order”. There, you’ll be able to follow all the progress of your order.

However, if the order is abnormally stuck in one stage for several days or if it is marked as “shipped” without that being the case, we recommend you to immediately get in touch with the chosen carrier (DHL or Hermes).

You can then contact us and let us know about this issue so that we can follow your situation and try to find out what is the problem.
