My product is in bad condition or it doesn't work well, how can I give it back?

If you received a defective product, you can contact us describing the problem, as well as providing us with pictures illustrating the problem of the product. The photos will help our team determine the nature of the problem.

Next, we will contact you back to explain you how to return us your defective product. When you send it back, you can add a note inside the parcel letting us know if you would like a refund, a voucher, or an exchange.
