How do I claim the warranty of my product?

If your product is still under its warranty and you have used it the right way (for example, if you tried to cut a rock with a knife, then forget about the warranty!), then you can claim the warranty.

You will just need to contact us providing the order number, your full name, and the reason why you would like to claim the warranty of your product.

We will contact you back and explain you the process for giving us back the product.

Once we get the product back, we will analyze the problem (for example, making sure that you didn’t try to cut a rock with a knife), and if it is proven that the product has been used according to its recommended usage, we will refund you the money or change the product!
