The tines of the Sabatier Edonist Carving Fork are fully forged. This means that they underwent a forging process from a single piece of steel that was stamped at a temperature of 1100°C. Having fully forged tines enables the carving fork to have a great balance and solidity.
Another big perk of this carving fork is its easy usage, which is in big part thanks to its ergonomically designed handle. Secured with two steel crossing rivets, this handle is made of ABS in black colour.
