More info
Besides the chef knife, no other kitchen knife is as versatile as the utility knife. Indeed, utility knives are often also called “all-purpose knives”, because they are perfect for cutting all sorts of fruits and vegetables. This is why the V Sabatier Utility Knife is a must-have for your kitchen!
The blade of this knife has a length of 11 centimeters, and it is made of X50CrMoV15 high carbon stainless steel. . The combination of chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium make the blade resistant to corrosion, and it ensures great durability.
In addition, the blade has a Rockwell hardness rating of 55 HRC, which is why this knife has great endurance. It is a blade that blunts slowly, and it has an impressive cutting performance appreciated by both professional and hobby cooks.
One of the biggest perks of this knife is its small size, which makes it very easy to use. On top of that, the handle has an ergonomic design that lets you use the knife with great comfort. Secured with three rivets, this handle is made of ABS in black colour.
Furthermore, this knife has a full tang construction that provides the knife with strength and solidity. It is also a good-looking knife thanks to its satin polish finish which provides a touch of elegance to its appearance. Last but not least, this knife is also dishwasher safe! With all these reason, you have no excuse to not have one of these utility knives in your kitchen.
