| - -. on 20/05/2019 | The kai seki mogoroku santoku is very good quality the redwood handle looks very impressive really nice and good quality I find the santoku cuts very easily and it’s very sharp in this price range I don’t think you can buy better quality than the seki mogoroku knifes the next step up would be the shun classic also Kai.i definitely recommend this knife and mychefknives the delivery was very fast and they packaged the knife very well also there customer service is very good they offer great advice and are more than willing to help you with any questions you might have. |
